Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a contract between you and Web Vault Pro Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, trading as MuvMate ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the app (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and account

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity on your account.

2. The Service

MuvMate helps UK property buyers track properties, checklists, documents and email threads related to a purchase. Pro features (such as connected inboxes, AI-drafted replies and survey analysis) are available on a paid subscription.

3. Not professional advice

MuvMate is an organisational tool. Any AI-generated summaries, findings or suggested drafts are informational only and are not legal, financial, surveying or conveyancing advice. Always consult your solicitor, surveyor or mortgage broker before acting on anything you see in the Service.

4. Subscriptions and payments

• Pro is billed monthly or yearly in advance via Stripe.
• You can cancel at any time from Settings → Manage billing; access continues until the end of the billing period.
• Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal.
• UK consumers may cancel within 14 days of first purchase for a full refund, unless the Pro features have already been substantively used with your consent.

5. Your content

You retain all rights to the properties, notes, documents and email content you add. You grant us a limited licence to store and process that content solely to provide the Service to you.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for anything unlawful or to infringe another person's rights.
• Upload malicious code, or attempt to breach our security or rate limits.
• Reverse engineer, scrape or resell the Service.

7. Third-party services

Connecting Gmail, Outlook or other third-party services is subject to those providers' own terms. We are not responsible for their availability or content.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these Terms. You may close your account at any time; on closure your personal data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Warranties and liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited under UK law. Subject to that, our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in that period.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. We'll give reasonable notice of material changes; continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, save that consumers may bring proceedings in their country of residence.
